The core of the system solution that HRS offers is the thermal treatment section: any kind of heat exchanger combination can be used for obtaining the best result for the pasteurization or sterilization process. HRS supplies Ecoflux* Preheater with automatics temperature control to heat the fruit pulp to desired preheating temperature for enzyme deactivation before decantation.
HRS Ecoflux* based HTST pasteuriser heats the product upto the desired temperature (93 -98 C) with suitable holding coil. Fully automated unit with flow diversion valve prevents filling of products that are not pasteaurized.
HRS Aseptic sterilizer incorporates ECOFLUX* heat exchangers to sterilize fruit puree, concentrate, tomato paste and juices with particulates. Specially designed AS triple tube heat exchanger ensures long running hours and faster response to CIP. Fully automated process line.
HRS offers aseptic fillers in single head/double head options with 200 kg standard bag-in-drum and special design for 1000kg filling. Touch screen controls with integration to sterilizer and automated drum handling system.
HRS PSL provides evaporation systems of tubular and scraped surface type to btain the best thermally stable product with capacity upto 20 tonnes/hour. The evaporators are in single, double and multiple effects for mango, tomato and such products. Fully automated PLC with touch screen control panel for high quality and volume production.
HRS offers various types of pasteaurisers for beverage processing with energy efficient ECOFLUX* MI tubular heat exchangers for filling glass PET or Aseptic. The pasteaurizers are with PLC automation and can be integrated with fillers. Centralized CIP Systems
HRS excels in design and supply of integrated and sophisticated centralized Clean-In-Place systems. Such systems enable cleaning of equipment from a single source and are therefore advantageous in reducing the consumption of water, chemicals, steam and power, eventually reducing the effluent discharge.
HRS ParaDice* is capable of processing fruit dices / vegetable dices without shearing them. The dices are pumped using HRS Hygienic Piston Pump and are heated and cooled in the highly efficient ECOFLUX* Double Tube Heat Exchangers. The fruit dices can be pasteurised or aseptically processed using the ParaDice*. HRS ParaDice* can be used for blanching of vegetables, pasteurisation and chilling of Ready-to-Eat foods etc.
Unicus Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger
HRS UNICUS dynamic scraped surface heat exchanger has a unique scraping mechanism which not only optimizes the heat exchange area by increasing the heat transfer coefficient but also eliminates fouling. Developed mainly for food processing industry for chilling, pasteaurising, evaporation etc for high viscosity/fouling applications.
Milk and Cream Pasteuriser
HRS designs and manufactures energy efficient PHE based pasteurisers for raw or reconstituted milk, curd milk and cream. The pasteuriser is divided into multiple sections for regeneration, heating and chilling and intermediately directing the milk to cream separator and homogeniser. The holding section is designed in requirement to the product for microbial destruction and protein denaturation.
UHT Milk Steriliser
For increased shelf life, milk has to be sterilised and then packed aseptically. HRS provides tubular heat exchanger based Aseptic UHT Milk Steriliser which can heat the milk upto 140°C, hold it for 3s to 6s, and then cool it below 30°C for aseptic packaging.
Most of the processors, till now, have carried out the preheating or pasteurisation of fruit pulp unhygienically using steam jacketed open kettle. HRS has developed the Unicus® heat exchanger for difficult and critical processes where other types of heat exchangers such as rotary scraped surface heat exchanger, shell and tube or plain type are incapable of offering an adequate solution. Unicus® is capable of generating high levels of turbulence in products of high viscosity increasing substantially the overall heat transfer coefficient. In addition it does not allow the formation of any fouling layers on the inner tube surfaces and always stays clean enabling the unit to work in the optimum condition for efficient heat transfer at all times.
